Hmm, I think a mandatory community trash pickup would be cool. Once a month everyone has to go out and clean up the town/city/whatever. Less people would litter if they knew they’d have to pick it up one day. Will this ever be enacted? Probably not. Will People ever be motivated enough to do this?…
